The Lake House policies
- NON-SMOKING POLICY: ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! Smoking is strictly prohibited in home. Guests agree to pay a fine for odor removal if smoking occurs in the
house, or if cigarette butts are found on the premises. Please be aware that any smoking in these areas will result in an additional fees for extensive cleaning and odor
removal. We will incur a $499 fine for breaking this house rule along with any deep cleaning or rush fees required to fulfill before the next guest’s booking. Smoking of
any kind is prohibited, encompassing tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs. This prohibition extends only to inside of the house. Marijuana and
tobacco sensors are installed in the house to assist in enforcing this regulation. - ALCOHOL/DRUGS POLICY: No consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted by individuals under the legal age of twenty-one (21). Guests acknowledge that if theyor anyone under the legal age is arrested for underage drinking on rental properties or observed consuming alcoholic beverages, their stay may be terminated, andGuests evicted without any refund or rebate. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited for all individuals.
- COMINIMUM STAY: A two-night minimum stay is required for booking on weekends. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends.
- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
- TAX: Includes PA bed tax of 5% sales tax.
- DEPOSITS: Deposit is 50% of your total reservation.
- CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES: If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Email at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS
No pets are allowed.
Service animals are welcome with the following Service Animal Policy: Service animals with a history of violent or aggressive behavior towards individuals or other pets will not
be accommodated. Your service animal must comply with all licensing and vaccination requirements mandated by the state and local jurisdiction where you permanently reside.
Upon request, you must provide copies of your service animal’s current licensing and vaccination records. Please note that "licensed" and "licensing" here refers solely to the
basic registration of animal ownership, not to any certification of your animal as a service animal. Your service animal must never be left unattended. Guests will make advanced
notice that they will be bringing a service animal as part of your reservation and confirm your compliance with all service animal-related regulations specified on the Booking
Channel. If the service animal causes any additional required cleaning or time to clean, the guest will be charged accordingly.

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
LIABILITY WAIVER

The LAKEHOUSE CANCELATION POLICY
For The LAKEHOUSE, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be charged one month before arrival, and is non-refundable past this point.
